How long does delivery to France, Italy, or the rest of Europe take?
Transit times vary by route and service. Our UK to France departures run every 2 weeks, UK to Italy every 3 weeks, and UK to the rest of Europe operates on a monthly and on-demand basis. For time critical shipments, we can also arrange dedicated or expedited transport outside these fixed schedules just get in touch to discuss your timeline.
Do you offer a White Glove Service for European deliveries?
Yes. Our White Glove Service includes delivery, unpacking, and disposal of packing materials, with placement of the artwork in your room or space of choice. This is particularly popular for high-value art, gallery exhibitions, and art fairs, and is available for shipments within the UK and to selected European destinations.
What Packing Methods do you offer?
For artwork transport, we use professional soft-packing techniques designed to protect your pieces without the need for full crating. Items are carefully wrapped and secured using protective, sustainable materials, then loaded into our custom-fitted vans equipped specifically for transporting artwork safely. This method offers excellent protection while keeping handling to a minimum, making it ideal for paintings, framed pieces, and other works that don't require full wooden crating. For larger, heavier, or more fragile items, we can also provide custom wooden crates or reinforced boxes on request.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes for International Shipments?
In most international shipments, duties and taxes are typically charged to the receiver before delivery. However, we understand that every shipment has unique circumstances. If preferred, we can arrange for these charges to be billed to the sender instead of the receiver. This flexibility ensures that you can choose the option that best suits your needs and the nature of your shipment. Our team is available to guide you through the process and help set up the most convenient arrangement.
Which countries in Europe do you cover?
We provide UK–Europe and Europe–UK transport services across mainland Europe, including destinations such as France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and other European locations. We do not currently cover Russia and Ukraine due to the on going war.
