As part of a strategic initiative to enhance the resilience of their IT infrastructure, our client selected new hosting facilities in Germany and the United States. With a strong internal technical team, they entrusted Prime Lane to manage the secure deinstallation, certified disposal, and international transportation of their hardware.
Our operations team successfully dismantled, labelled, and packed over 250 servers, ensuring each unit was prepared for dispatch within a tight turnaround window. In addition, 120 hard drives were securely destroyed and responsibly disposed of in full compliance with data protection and environmental standards.

Server Centre Cable Management & Asset Disposal
Following a successful server installation project, our client re-engaged Prime Lane to carry out comprehensive cable management across their server centre—aimed at improving airflow, reducing thermal stress, and enhancing overall system reliability.
Over the course of several days, our team re-cabled 150 servers, meticulously labelling each connection with input and output identifiers to support faster fault resolution by onsite engineers. A full cable audit report was also provided for future reference and maintenance planning.
As part of the final phase, we removed a range of redundant devices for certified recycling. All data-bearing assets were securely wiped in accordance with US DoD and UK CESG standards, with a Certificate of Data Erasure and WEEE compliance documentation issued upon completion.
