OPTIONAL COVER AGAINST LOSS & DAMAGE
Our optional Special Protection covers any shipments that are packed and dispatched by us and protects the value of your consignment in the event of loss or damage, subject to certain conditions. Once you are covered by our Special Protection, if your item is lost whilst in our care, we will pay you the agreed market value of the goods as detailed on the consignment documentation.

We use recycled (and recyclable) packaging and also use electric vehicles for the delivery itself where possible to minimise environmental impact. For longer distance deliveries and overseas shipping, we offset the carbon to maintain a carbon-neutral service for antique shipping and art delivery.
How can I track my delivery?
All our services are fully trackable. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
