Each method includes subcategories and variations to suit different shipment types. For delicate or oversized goods, wooden crates are recommended, while reinforced and double-walled boxes are often more practical for smaller or less sensitive items. We use recycled (and recyclable) packaging and also use bicycles, e-bikes and electric vehicles for collections and deliveries whenever possible to minimise environmental impact. For longer distance deliveries and overseas shipping, we offset the carbon to maintain a carbon-neutral service for antique shipping and art delivery. We also offer a Crate Recycling Service, where we collect your empty crate and fully recycle it, so that nothing goes to waste.
In most international shipments, duties and taxes are typically charged to the receiver before delivery. However, we understand that every shipment has unique circumstances. If preferred, we can arrange for these charges to be billed to the sender instead of the receiver.
