Once you are covered by our Safeguard, if your item is lost whilst in our care, we will pay you the agreed market value of the goods as detailed on the consignment documentation.

At Prime Lane, we offer full White Glove Service, including unpacking, disposal of packing materials placement of items into your room of choice.
